| Terrain SDK From Microsoft |
Microsoft has released the Terrain SDK (Software Development Kit), which can be download fro their website here Importantly for scenery designers, the MakeMDL SDK has been updated recently, and it cab be found on the same pages. These programs are NOT meant for regular Flight Simulator users, but for people who want to work with the 'inners' of the program in some way or other. If you want to 'experiment' then please make sure to have GOOD BACKUPS of your installation first! Happy Tinkering!
