| France VFR : Rennes St-Jacques released |
France VFR launched their new FS 2004 scenery : Rennes St-Jacques. It's a regional airport located in West of France, at 300 km from Paris and only at 400 km South of London. The long and hard runways ared used for both IFR or VFR flights, and France VFR optimized this special scenery to allow smooth and fast display, faster than their previsous titles aimed at light and slow airplanes. They included a full AI traffic simulation with the actual jet/props aircrafts met at the real place (CRJ, Fokker, ATR etc) with their realistic liveries and flightplans to depart and land on time ! Expect a 600 km˛ photoreal textured and mesh terrain made with aerial photos, their definition is up to 0.5 meter/pixel for 40 km˛ around the airport itself. The complete package also features English (and French) manual, official current charts, custom landclass and autogen buildings... simply stunning. Watch out the final approach videos here and here to see how smooth the display is. And for a multimedia presentation, features list, and screenshots find your way to simMarket.com.
