I don't think this old war horse needs much introduction, but I will say during the past few years many operations where cobras have been involved have gone for the most part unmentioned. I guess the fact it's always perfomed well is not a surprise to anyone therefore requiring no mention. Although not as advanced as an apache, the fire control subsystem on a cobra is pretty solid and could take a beating, and trust me being an armament dog, we drove the damn thing in the dirt, adjust here and there, put it in the hands of a cobra jock and if your on the receiving end it's not a good day. Description: FSBoarding (Lite), version 1.0. FS Boarding is used for simulating passengers enbarking your aircraft. Enter the time when you are scheduled to depart (see Menus further down) and the number of passengers that are booked for your flight. Then press CTRL+S to start the countdown. The gate opens 20 minutes before departure, but don't expect too many passengers starting to arrive until 10 minutes before. 5 mins before departure is the final boarding call made. If not all passengers are aboard on the scheduled time it will wait for 5 more minutes before closing the gate.

Chicago "photoreal" scenery
Description: 
486 square miles of scenery in a region around Chicago, 18 miles by 27 miles.
This scenery replaces the default FS2002 scenery for Chicago. Some buildings may appear in the water. This is because the resolution of the default FS2002 scenery is lower than the resolution of this scenery and Microsoft moved the buildings to sit on their land. This scenery is made from USGS maps which provide data on roads, rivers and land use. Instead of using actual photos, 30 or so textures make up the image based on the map data. Until Microsoft releases more details on how to add scenery, this is almost as good as we're going to get. The only thing which could make this better is the addition of the new water effects. There is also the possibility of increasing the resolution to around 4 metres per pixel. At the moment this scenery is 7.5m/pixel.

Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet.
Description:  The 2nd release of F/A-18 series. F/A-18F and EA-18G by Team FS KBT. The new models are based on the flight dynamics of the "E" type with revised polygons to increase the frame rate. The main feature of this model is the fact that from the Super Hornet, mid-air refueling is available with the animation of the fuel hose extending from the main body tank and you can experience the inflight refueling in the multi-player environment. The "G" type is equipped with the jamming pod (ECM-Electronic Counter Measures) and this is not in service yet but you can test fly this bird first hand! Both models have animated head movement of the rear pilot and when you switch to the chase camera view, it makes you think that "Aircraft carries humans, even though we pilot them". The repaint models of this two F/A-18F are the Diamond Bucks CAG stationed at Atsugi NAF and Black Aces that is stationed at NAS Leemore Base and flies in cooperation with the USS Nimitz, EA-18G is from the Star Warriors.

AMI Aeritalia F-104S Starfighter (9-41)
Description:  The F-104S is a develop of the original F-104G whit a more powerfull engine, stronger body structure, improvements to avionics and ordinance capabilities and two new lateral tail fins for better stability at high speeds. The F-104S was choosed by the Italian Air Force in 1966 to replace its fleet of F-104G. Almost all the 206 F-104S were directly produced in Italy by Aeritalia which produced also 40 aircrafts for the Turkish Air Force. This aircraft is from the 9th Wing "Francesco Baracca" of the 10th Group of the Italian Air Force (AMI) which received its first F-104S in early 1972. Boeing EA-18G Growler.
Description:  The 2nd release of F/A-18 series. F/A-18F and EA-18G by Team FS KBT. The new models are based on the flight dynamics of the "E" type with revised polygons to increase the frame rate. The main feature of this model is the fact that from the Super Hornet, mid-air refueling is available with the animation of the fuel hose extending from the main body tank and you can experience the inflight refueling in the multi-player environment. The "G" type is equipped with the jamming pod (ECM-Electronic Counter Measures) and this is not in service yet but you can test fly this bird first hand! Both models have animated head movement of the rear pilot and when you switch to the chase camera view, it makes you think that "Aircraft carries humans, even though we pilot them". The repaint models of this two F/A-18F are the Diamond Bucks CAG stationed at Atsugi NAF and Black Aces that is stationed at NAS Leemore Base and flies in cooperation with the USS Nimitz, EA-18G is from the Star Warriors.

I re did the the background bmp somewhat. Users of the original panel will noticed the additions and subtractions. Description:  FM Aeroplane Heaven Bf 109E4 standalone repaint!!!!! With the release of the Battle of Britain Addon by Aeroplane Heaven and Just Fligth, Aeroplane Heaven updated their freeware Bf 109E4. This updated version is rather different than the first version released, and so are the FM Bf 109E repaints. First of all: the names of the AH standalone repaints will be changed from FM to FS. The F is wellknown and comes from Foute Man, the S comes from the one and only Spitfrnd, aka Bill Wilson. Most FM repaints fly with flight dynamics by Bill "Spitfrnd" Wilson and it not more than logical to express this teamwork in the aircrafts name. Theres a new and fixed virtual cockpit, repainted textures according to new RLM R/G/B colour values and off course the flight dynamics by Bill, following Flight Model Workbook V2.83.64 and Damage Model Workbook Version 2.23. The problem with the tailwheel lock has been solved.

Environment upgrade
Description: 
Dear Fs'er, enclosed files will visually enhance the environment of Fs2002 during daytime. From pre-dawn to post-dusk. Most significant change has been made to the sunreflection on watersurfaces. Secondary the color of the water is a little more saturated as is the color of the sky during dawn/dusk. Thirdly the sun texture is more realisticaly brightened. Her size is also al little smaller. You could almost physicaly feel the warmth of the sun now, especially when flying very low over water surfaces, watching the glints : ) Overall improvement: The sun as real as it gets. I've tested these files only with all texture sliders maxed out so i don't know of any side-effects with other settings. The water reflection slider should always be on for this textures to come active! All files are the same size and type as the originals, so no performance change. By Gerrit Kranenbarg

Bridges From Paris
Description:  This scenery features the 29 most famous bridges of downtown Paris. It makes the city looking much more realistic ! I had to make a compromise between high-detailed scenery and speed. That's why I have choosen to use the FS2002 default river texture, although it is not a very realistic one, that makes the scenery much lighter. I had to forget or remove many details, too, in order to make the scenery works properly. Anyway, I have been very carefull to give each bridge its real general appearance. That's my first scenery, I just did my best. A future version will include the three missing bridges at the extremities of the scenery, better textures, and the main missing statues. But all of these early concepts lacked the ingenuity and foresight of a young California engineer, Dr Paul Moller. Dr Moller did not allow himself to be constrained by conventional thinking of the Aircraft of Motor vehicle, he took a methodical approach to understanding the technical challenges which would face him, he started by first developing prototypes in the early 1960’s, this quickly lead him to understand what he would require from the technologies to truly develop a practical flying car. Over the next 20 year he focused on identifying and to a large degree developing and advancing the technologies which would be required by a flying car. After many years of research and development and much wind tunnel prototyping, in the early 1990’s the model as seen here became the intended first production version of the Skycar, the M400

FS2004 USAF Northrop XB-35 Flying Wing.
Description:  The XB-35 was the first Northrop flying wing bomber design. And,XB-35 was produced as a candidate of 10~10 bombers (The amount equipped with 10,000 bombs and 10,000 bomber with the cruising range of mile) who had been planned for the European front of World War II. However, it was not selected because of vibration problem of Contra-Rotating Propeller and loads of bomb that are fewer than that of expectation etc. Finally, neither arrived at mass production though aimed at making to the jet, and invented YB-49 and YRB-49.

To try and create more of a feeling of being there, this panel includes 3 different forward views, selected using SHIFT+NUMPAD 8(normal), 5(landing) or 2(pilot). Also included are things like; low oil pressure lights, leading edge flap indicators, FS2K2 GPS, working flight director, landing gear rumble sounds, increased wind noise whilst the landing gear is down, the sound of the trim wheel rattling as it moves, visual warnings for disconnection of the autopilot, GPWS and below glideslope have flashing warnings, First Officer confirmation of gear up and gear down, altitude callout from 500 feet down to 10 feet etc...... At night time, although the gauges will automatically be lit, the panel will appear with a shade of that nasty MS night glow. British Airways Avro RJ100

This is a new GMAX British Airways aircraft. The package features a BAe 146-200 painted in the British Airways Express Union Flag livery and three special RJ100 British Airways Cityflyer repaints featuring three of the Utopian world tails, Waves of the City to represent the United States, Netherlands to represent Holland and Animals and Trees to represent Africa. All the liveries are semi photoreal and the aircraft all feature different registrations and flight numbers for use with the ATC in FS2002. The aircraft model features full moving parts including control surfaces and engine fans. Due to being made with GMAX the aircraft will work well as part of the AI traffic (requires traffic tools). Focke-Wulf 190A
Description: 
This is a repaint of my previous CFS FW190A aircraft with "MDL" file changes so that the aircraft will be properly displayed in FS2002. Special FS2002 "FX" and Smoke effects added. All aircraft textures have been updated. As a fighter, the Fw 190A outperformed the older British Spitfire V's that had surpassed the contemporary 109s. The Spitfire didn't catch up to the Fw 190A until the July 1942 appearance of the Spitfire IX. Although it was designed as a fighter, the Fw 190 was readily adaptable to many other missions. This aircraft Uses the Fw 190a Panel and was tested in FS2002. All flight surfaces are moveable, retractable landing gear, transparent cockpit. Repaint based on original picture by Thomas A. Tullis with the numbers 7-11 on the side. Repaint by Bob Bongiovanni
