I don't think this old war horse needs much introduction, but I will say during the past few years many operations where cobras have been involved have gone for the most part unmentioned. I guess the fact it's always perfomed well is not a surprise to anyone therefore requiring no mention. Although not as advanced as an apache, the fire control subsystem on a cobra is pretty solid and could take a beating, and trust me being an armament dog, we drove the damn thing in the dirt, adjust here and there, put it in the hands of a cobra jock and if your on the receiving end it's not a good day. FS Boarding
Description: FSBoarding (Lite), version 1.0. FS Boarding is used for simulating passengers enbarking your aircraft. Enter the time when you are scheduled to depart (see Menus further down) and the number of passengers that are booked for your flight. Then press CTRL+S to start the countdown. The gate opens 20 minutes before departure, but don't expect too many passengers starting to arrive until 10 minutes before. 5 mins before departure is the final boarding call made. If not all passengers are aboard on the scheduled time it will wait for 5 more minutes before closing the gate.

Chicago "photoreal" scenery
Description: 
486 square miles of scenery in a region around Chicago, 18 miles by 27 miles.
This scenery replaces the default FS2002 scenery for Chicago. Some buildings may appear in the water. This is because the resolution of the default FS2002 scenery is lower than the resolution of this scenery and Microsoft moved the buildings to sit on their land. This scenery is made from USGS maps which provide data on roads, rivers and land use. Instead of using actual photos, 30 or so textures make up the image based on the map data. Until Microsoft releases more details on how to add scenery, this is almost as good as we're going to get. The only thing which could make this better is the addition of the new water effects. There is also the possibility of increasing the resolution to around 4 metres per pixel. At the moment this scenery is 7.5m/pixel.

AMI Aeritalia F-104S Starfighter (9-41)

The F-104S was choosed by the Italian Air Force in 1966 to replace its fleet of F-104G. Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet.
Description:  The 2nd release of F/A-18 series. F/A-18F and EA-18G by Team FS KBT. The new models are based on the flight dynamics of the "E" type with revised polygons to increase the frame rate. The main feature of this model is the fact that from the Super Hornet, mid-air refueling is available with the animation of the fuel hose extending from the main body tank and you can experience the inflight refueling in the multi-player environment. The "G" type is equipped with the jamming pod (ECM-Electronic Counter Measures) and this is not in service yet but you can test fly this bird first hand! Both models have animated head movement of the rear pilot and when you switch to the chase camera view, it makes you think that "Aircraft carries humans, even though we pilot them". The repaint models of this two F/A-18F are the Diamond Bucks CAG stationed at Atsugi NAF and Black Aces that is stationed at NAS Leemore Base and flies in cooperation with the USS Nimitz, EA-18G is from the Star Warriors.

EC 135 "Airstar VA"

The EC 135 is the result of testing a new type of helicopter. At the beginning in 1988 there was the MBB BO 108. By cooperation between the german MBB and the french Aerospatiale (now Eurocopter) the EC 135 was born. The first EC 135 flew in 1991. Description:  Antarctica is a huge and remote continent, with awesome, unique climate and scenery. Human population ranges from a maximum of 5,000 in the summer to about 1,500 in the winter. Including flight crew in the cockpit(captain's head moves with rudder used in turns), transparent cockpit windows and moving nose gear. This is a a modified (fictional) version of a 737-400 with such modifications such as: landing gear sequence, slight reconfiguration of passenger load, flap design, etc. Includes some night texturing. 40 sided body and engines. Maximum moving parts include: 3D rudder, fan blades, spoilers, flaps, slats, ailerons, landing gear, elevators. Intergrated light covers on wing tips and 3d engine mounts with rounded corners. Colors include fictional "Pharaoh Airlines" textures. Being this my first step into real aircraft design, I hope to provide more accurate and detailed real life aircraft in the future.

AIRBUS A300 CONTROL PANEL

This panel was inspired by the original A300 Panel made by Benoît Gaurant. We both could not figure out how to get his original autopilot gauge to work in FS2002 so I put in a different one. I re did the the background bmp somewhat. Users of the original panel will noticed the additions and subtractions. Hold overs from the original panel are the overhead panel with the adition of a beacon switch. The throttle I felt was also important to keep this original design. By Tom Dennis
