 Brockville was posted last year, and this is a revised version with the extended runway, now lengthened to 4,500' from 3,495'. There are some other minor additions too. So there are NEW bgl's, and a NEW AFCAD file, and you can just replace the old ones with the new, or install the whole scenery again, or for the first time.
